Complaint: I paid in full for a English Bulldog on June 13th. I have never received the dog, as Michelle is completely giving me the run around that the dog is to young, or there are shipment issues, etc. She has pushed the shipment out so many times that now two months have gone by. I have yet to contact my credit card company, and will be doing so today, but now it is August 4th and I am not even sure I can get this money back. Also now I have been trying to get ahold of her for over a week now with hourly calls, voicemails, text messages and facebook messanger, and she is not responding what so ever. I am literally down to threatening her on every phone number she has and also by facebook messenger (which she has now blocked me on). This woman is a scam, I think there is no dog at this point. I am going to contact a lawyer and go after her. I am going to do my best to have her license removed for fraud and I am going to do my best to have her Facebook page removed. She is doing very bad business and all she literally has to do is at least call a customer back. I talked to United Airlines and they have told me she does ship some dogs but basically all they could do was give me her name and address. They cannot of course make her bring the dog to the airport. I highly recommend that no one use this lady as I am finding other reports of sick dogs, her not calling people and putting her customers through duress.
