Nature’s Frequencies Compensation Plan

Natures Frequency affiliates are required to purchase products to qualify for commissions.

Once qualified, they can earn commissions on retail sales and mandatory purchases by subsequently recruited affiliates.

MLM Commission Qualification

Nature’s Frequency affiliates are required to purchase 40/80 PV of product each month to qualify for MLM commissions.

Whether an affiliate has to purchase 40 or 80 PV of product each month is determined by their rank (see “Nature’s Frequencies Affiliate Ranks” below).

Nature’s Frequencies Affiliate Ranks

There are nine affiliate ranks within Nature’s Frequencies’ compensation plan.

Along with their respective qualification criteria, they are as follows:

  • Affiliate – sign up as a Nature’s Frequencies affiliate and purchase 40 PV of product each month
  • Amethyst – purchase 40 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain two MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Sapphire – purchase 40 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain four MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Ruby – purchase 40 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain six MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Emerald – purchase 40 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain eight MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Diamond – purchase 80 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain ten MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Double Diamond – purchase 80 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain twelve MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Triple Diamond – purchase 80 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain sixteen MLM commission qualified affiliates
  • Blue Diamond – purchase 80 PV of product each month and recruit and maintain twenty MLM commission qualified affiliates

PV stands for “Personal Volume” and, for the purpose of Nature’s Frequencies rank qualification, is sales volume generated by an affiliate’s mandatory monthly purchase (can be autoship or a manual order).

Retail Commissions

Nature’s Frequencies affiliates earn commissions on sales to retail customers.

Retail commissions are paid as the difference between the wholesale and retail price of products ordered.

Recruitment Commissions

Nature’s Frequencies affiliates earn a Fast Start Bonus on the first order made by recruited affiliates.

Nature’s Frequencies’ compensation plan states the Fast Start Bonus is “paid on Start Packs only”.

Starter Packs are optional packs recruited Nature’s Frequencies affiliates can sign up with.

The Fast Start Bonus is paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Nature’s Frequencies caps the Fast Start Bonus at five unilevel team levels.

The Fast Start Bonus is paid as a percentage of Starter Pack sales volume across these five levels as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 50%
  • level 2 – 20%
  • levels 3 to 5 – 10%

Note that to qualify for the Fast Start Bonus a Nature’s Frequency affiliate must be MLM commission qualified and recruit and maintain one MLM commission qualified affiliate.

Level 4 and 5 qualification requires recruitment and maintenance of two MLM commission qualified affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Nature’s Frequencies pays residual commissions via a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split into two sides (left and right):

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary team is generated by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary team are generated as required, with each new level housing twice as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Note there is no limit to how deep a binary team can grow.

At the end of each week Nature’s Frequencies tallies up new sales volume across both sides of the binary team.

Affiliates are paid 20% of sales volume generated on their weaker binary team side.

Note that Nature’s Frequencies caps residual commissions based on rank:

  • Amethysts are capped at $2000 a week
  • Sapphires are capped at $4000 a week
  • Rubies are capped at $6000 a week
  • Emeralds are capped at $8000 a week
  • Diamonds are capped at $10,000 a week
  • Double Diamonds are capped at $15,000 a week
  • Triple Diamonds are capped at $20,000 a week
  • Blue Diamonds are capped at $30,000 a week

Matching Bonus

Nature’s Frequency pays a Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned by downline affiliates.

The Matching Bonus is paid out using the same unilevel team recruitment commissions are paid with, capped at four levels:

  • Rubies earn a 20% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
  • Emeralds earn a 20% match on level 1 and 10% on level 2
  • Diamonds earn a 20% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Blue Diamonds earn a 20% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 and 4

Team Matching Bonus

Blue Diamond ranked affiliates with two personally recruited Diamonds or higher qualify for the Team Matching Bonus.

The Team Matching Bonus is paid out as a 10% match on residual commissions earned by up to five Emeralds or higher, per unilevel team leg.

Rank Achievement Bonus

Nature’s Frequencies rewards affiliates who qualify at Blue Emerald with a $500 one-time Rank Achievement Bonus.

Global Bonus

Nature’s Frequencies places 2% of company-wide sales volume into the Global Bonus Pool.

Blue Diamond ranked affiliates receive a share in the pool each month.

Lifestyle Bonus

The Lifestyle Bonus is a monthly bonus available to Blue Diamond ranked affiliates.

  • recruit and maintain two Emerald or higher ranked affiliates and receive $500 a month
  • recruit and maintain four Emerald or higher ranked affiliates and receive $1000 a month
  • recruit and maintain six Emerald or higher ranked affiliates and receive $1500 a month
  • recruit and maintain eight Emerald or higher ranked affiliates and receive $2000 a month

Joining Nature’s Frequencies

Basic Nature’s Frequencies affiliate membership is free.

These packs come with an assortment of Nature’s Frequencies products. Aside from pre-qualifying for one month of MLM commissions, Start Packs do not provide any compensation plan benefits.

Conclusion

Nature’s Frequencies is another MLM company touting miracles from use of what are essentially plastic discs and patches.

These are “programmed with longitudinal electromagnetic scalar waves”.

I’m going to make a differentiation here between Nature’s Frequencies’ Food Freshness Card and the other health and wellness card/patches, because the latter are, in my opinion, more dangerous.

The first thing that comes to mind when you read about a plastic card that is “independently laboratory tested to keep your food fresher up to 50% longer”, is OK, show me the proof?

To that end Nature’s Frequencies claims to have its card tested by Modern Testing Services, a Chinese company with a lab in Massachusetts.

Nature’s Frequencies claims to have commissioned to tests from MTS, one on tomatoes and one on blackberries.

Along with time lapse photography being phenomenal, the 47 page Tomatoes Report states, “This equated to approximately a 76% increase in the time it took to see signs of mold or bacteria while using the food freshness card.

The data from this test showed that the average time it took for mold to develop on tomatoes was almost doubled…”

The 33 page Blackberry Report states, “ The blackberries tested with the Food Freshness Card lasted on average 21 days before showing signs of mold or bacteria, compared to the control blackberries which lasted 14 days.

This equated to approximately a 46% increase in the time it took for mold to develop…”

It’s important to note that the tests performed by MTS appear to be limited to visual observation of mold. The absence of mold is being extrapolated to confirm freshness.

Such to the extent the Food Freshness Card can repel mold, Nature’s Frequencies don’t provide any peer-reviewed studies. Just some time-lapse videos.

Logically speaking, while mold might take longer to appear, that doesn’t mean biological matter isn’t deteriorating.

Personally if you’re keeping fresh fruit in your fridge for 14 days uneaten, maybe look at your buying habits?

And even if you buy into Nature’s Frequencies visual “evidence”, the company states its Food Freshness Cards are good for a year.

Are you really going to save $75+ worth of food in a year? If so, again perhaps it’d be more productive to examine your buying habits.

One of the selling points of the Food Freshness Card is that it’s “US patented”.

Out of curiosity I went and looked the patent up.

What is claimed is:

A food freshness card, comprising: a card substrate; a chip body attached to the card substrate wherein the chip body is programmed with longitudinal electromagnetic scalar waves having an amplitude and/or frequency of the waveform change to modulate desired information onto a carrier wave, wherein electromagnetic waves in the form of light and/or sound can be used on either one or any combination of receiving and transmitting pancake coils; and a hologram coupled to the chip body, the hologram configured to store and emit energetic information tuned for interaction with a piece of food when the chip body is positioned proximate the piece of food, wherein the energetic information stored in the hologram is programmed into the hologram via longitudinal carrier waves transmitted through a tuning medium apart from the chip body.

Keep in mind this is only what is claimed. A patent isn’t proof of any of the above actually happening.

Testing has been performed on the food freshness card 1000 to demonstrate the effect of the subject technology on fruit.

Table 3 shows the effect the food freshness card 1000 has on voltage present in various pieces of fruit; one piece of a type of fruit without the food freshness card 1000 (the control piece) and with the food freshness card 1000.

The higher the voltage present, the more energy the fruit has. The more energy the fruit has the longer it is believed to stay fresh.

Believed to is a far cry from “this is what our product actually does”.

As may be appreciated, pieces of fruit with the food freshness card 1000 in proximity showed better voltage levels than the control pieces of fruit.

The control pieces of fruit either dropped in voltage over time or at best stayed the same.

The pieces of fruit with the food freshness card 1000 however either had a slower rate of voltage decrease (as shown for example by the lemon test) or actually gained voltage over time when compared to fruit that did not lose voltage over the same time.

Right. So by that logic I could hook up a battery to an apple and it’d never go off.

I could go on but without actual peer-reviewed studies done on Food Freshness Card, there isn’t much point.

All in all, outside of the hit to your wallet, Nature’s Frequencies’ Food Freshness Card is comparatively harmless.

I’ll finish up by mentioning I also came across a Food Freshness Card patent filed with the European Patent Office in 2017.

For some reason Richard and Michael Hassler abandoned the application in April 2018.

That said I’d certainly be curious if the company could withstand scrutiny if the FTC took them to task.

Where I take particular issue with Nature’s Frequencies’ products is their health and wellness cards and patches.

Operating on the same principle as the Food Freshness Card, none of these cards and patches are FDA approved.

The statements made on our Website(s) have not been evaluated by the FDA (U.S. Food & Drug Administration).

These product(s) are not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

And as far as I can tell, none of the cards or patches have had any peer-reviewed medical studies done to verify any claimed benefits.

With respect to the EMF Shield, the FTC outright calls anyone selling them “scam artists”.

The rest of the product line is marketed on unsubstantiated health benefits. And perhaps the worst example is the Quantum-CBD patch.

The Nature’s Frequencies Quantum-CBD Patch is designed to provide the health benefits of CBD, without ingesting CBD.

Seeing as the health benefits of CBD are determinable, unlike the rest of Nature’s Frequencies vague claims, surely it’s just a matter of getting the Quantum-CBD patch tested in a study?

Take that study, send it off to the FDA and get Quantum-CBD FDA approved as an alternative to products containing actual CBD.

The CBD marketing is booming, imagine being able to offer the same benefits in little plastic patches that cost less than a dollar to manufacture (Alibaba has plenty of “longitudinal electromagnetic scalar waves” nonsense for <$1 a piece).

Considering the potential profits, why hasn’t this been done (or with any of the other health and wellness discs and patches)?

Because bits of plastic are just that. Sticking a hologram in them doesn’t give them magical properties.

It’s worth noting that as part of their efforts to get the Food Freshness Card off the ground, Rick Hassler launched an Indiegogo campaign in 2016.

Backers could chip in up to $10,000 for Food Freshness Cards that were available individually for $39 (now $75 through Nature’s Frequencies).

If we factor in two years before Nature’s Frequencies launched in early 2020, what happened?

If the cards are all they’re cracked up to be, why didn’t they take off in the two years between the Indiegogo campaign and Natures Frequencies?

Moving onto Nature’s Frequencies’ compensation plan, the first glaring regulatory issue is forcing affiliates to purchase product each month.

To maintain YOUR rank, all your personally-enrolled Brand Partners must maintain the required 40BV or 80BV monthly from their personal purchases every 30 days on a 30-day rolling calendar.

For your convenience, the company offers you an automatic Smart Ship option so you never miss your qualification.

There’s nothing wrong with internal consumption or affiliate autoship. Using it as a commission qualifier however sets the foundation for pyramid recruitment.

You sign up, put in your 40/80 PV order and recruit other affiliates who do the same.

There’s no need for retail. And the financial opportunity makes Nature’s Frequencies’ magic plastic discs and patches an easier sell.

As far as regulation in the US goes, an MLM company with little to no retail sales is a pyramid scheme.

Between products with extremely questionable benefits and an affiliate autoship recruitment compensation plan, I’m hard pressed to list one redeeming aspects of Nature’s Frequencies’ MLM opportunity.
